Overview

VPQHC has been supporting the network of Vermont Hospital Quality Directors since 2012. The aim of these meetings is to improve the quality of health care outcomes in Vermont by providing hospital Quality Directors with access to presentations from Subject Matter Experts, and peer review protected networking opportunities to foster peer-to-peer learning, and the sharing of best practice, resources, and tools. VPQHC offers CEU credits for content presented at these quarterly meetings that meet the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). The central tenants of the NAHQ content standards include:

  • Health Data Analytics

  • Population Health & Care Transitions

  • Performance and Process Improvement

  • Professional Engagement

  • Regulatory and Accreditation

  • Patient Safety
