The Trauma Responsive Care (TRC) in Emergency Departments (EDs) training supports ED leaders and teams in creating safer, more supportive environments for patients and staff. This training is delivered by an expert team that includes two clinician educators and a peer-support specialist. This initiative helps hospitals respond more effectively to the growing complexity of patient needs while also supporting the workforce delivering care in a stressful environment.
