Hospital Leadership in Trauma Responsive Care Training

This two-hour onsite training equips Vermont hospital leaders with practical strategies to champion trauma responsive care. Participants will explore organization-level approaches to foster staff resilience and create safer, more supportive environments for patients and employees. Content is grounded in findings from a recent statewide study on secondary traumatic stress and trauma-responsive care needs.
This opportunity is being offered to four Vermont hospitals.
