This final session focuses on action planning, helping hospitals translate Star Ratings insights into long-term quality improvement strategies. Participants will:
- Develop site-specific improvement plans
- Address common implementation challenges
- Learn from peer approaches to sustainability
Location: Remote.
Who should attend? Quality directors, QI staff, infection preventionists, safety officers, analysts, patient experience leads, and executive quality leaders.
