Sarah Paxman-Bean 

Sarah Paxman-Bean serves as Part-Time Accountant at VPQHC, where she supports the organization's financial operations and helps ensure accurate financial reporting and effective stewardship of resources in support of VPQHC's mission. Drawn to the opportunity to contribute to a nonprofit dedicated to improving health care quality in Vermont, Sarah brings extensive experience in finance and accounting to her role.

 Throughout her career, Sarah has supported organizations through financial reporting, month-end close processes, audits, budgeting, and day-to-day accounting operations. Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to continuous learning, she enjoys helping organizations maintain strong financial foundations that support their broader goals and mission.

 Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and believes in learning something new every day. She brings a strong sense of purpose, integrity, and dedication to everything she does.
