Lindsay Kill, MS
Director of Data Strategy & Analysis
Lindsay joined VPQHC in July 2026. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Complex Systems from the University of Vermont and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Classics from Roanoke College. She is committed to helping VPQHC use healthcare data to its fullest potential by strengthening data governance, developing analytic products, and centering providers’ information needs. With providers and practitioners at the core of healthcare reform, Lindsay aims to build a data program that supports robust, efficient quality improvement and helps providers reclaim the information they need to improve care. As part of her role, she supports individual projects and partnerships by bringing expertise with evidence-based quality frameworks such as HEDIS and NQF, using Vermont’s vital administrative data assets: the All-Payer Claims Database and Hospital Discharge Data. With a clear data strategy, VPQHC can help answer these important questions about quality in Vermont healthcare: what we measure, where those measures come from, what the measure results tell us, how data are protected, why providers and stakeholders can trust these data, and how providers apply those measures to improve healthcare.
