Expanding Adherent DBT Training and Support Across Vermont
The 2025 Vermont DBT Institute is a statewide training initiative to expand access to evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). DBT helps individuals manage intense emotions, reduce self-harm, and build healthier relationships.
Led by VPQHC with support from the Four Pines Fund and the Vermont Department of Mental Health, the Institute offers two intensive 8-day training cohorts in 2025. Participants learn to deliver adherent DBT and receive support in building or joining DBT consultation teams.
After training, providers join a statewide DBT Learning Community for ongoing education, consultation, and peer support.
Information about our upcoming DBT offerings can be found on the "Trainings" page.
