Zan Lewis, M.A.
Project Specialist
Zan brings broad experience managing capacity-building health improvement projects in Vermont through partnerships with healthcare providers and community members. Her work has included training coordination, project implementation, and stakeholder engagement through state-funded initiatives focused on prevention and healthcare improvement. At VPQHC, Zan supports several initiatives including the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Initiative, Trauma Responsive Care (TRC) trainings, and suicide care trainings for healthcare providers, helping coordinate education and collaboration across participating sites. Zan holds a Master’s degree from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and exploring New England’s natural surroundings with her husband, two children, and their dog.
