2004 Vermont Health Care Quality Report

The annual Vermont Health Care Quality Report measures health care quality and utilization across Vermont based on a set of commonly-used indicators. In addition, the report highlights specific efforts VPQHC and others have undertaken to improve health care quality for Vermonters.
